Trials are on Saturday 28 February (girls) and Sunday 1 March (boys).

With an overwhelming number of EOIs for the trials, the depth of talent on display will be truly impressive. Congratulations to all who will be selected! For those who aren’t successful on this occasion, we encourage you to continue refining your skills throughout the year and to attend future trials.

Parents

To ensure all of our families are committed to assisting our club strive for excellence and be the best we can be, we are introducing COMPULSORY PARENT VOLUNTEER TIME.  With your support, this will allow our hard-working staff and committee members to focus on leading our club rather than investing as much of their time on simple tasks that can be shared to lighten the load.  We also believe this is a great way for us to all get to know each other better, support our affiliate and be an important part of the club.

One parent per junior representative player will be required to volunteer 2-hours of their time at either Gold Coast Junior Cup, on a Wednesday or Friday night in Season 1, or at another agreed upon time.  Duties can include but are not limited to assisting with food preparation for rep players (Tri-Series), assisting with food preparation at our BBQ (GCJC or Wed/Fri competition night), assisting in our tent at an event (Tri-Series), supporting as a field marshall at GCJC, provision of other service to the club (e.g. coaching).

A/ B Teams

The Representative Player Levy is $335 and will include all registration fees associated with the SQBD Tri-Series Carnivals at Gold Coast, Redlands, and Palm Beach. 

C Teams

C Teams will not be attending Junior State Cup in 2026 but will attend the 3 Tri-Series Carnivals hosted at Gold Coast, Redlands & Palm Beach

The Representative Player Levy is $255 for C Team players. 

If you are selected in a C team, please accept your position if you are committed to the representative campaign. These teams will be pending based on the number of players who accept their positions.

Uniforms:

Compulsory On-Field Uniform Pack is $105 per player – this includes singlet, shorts, socks and a t-shirt. 

Any off-field gear will be additional.
